The ground plan was to be based on conditions of the site located "behind" Peugeot premises. The new building has a simple pentagonal plan with rectangular peak to the southeast side of a sharply protruding spike in the southwest. It is stretched out in front of the adjacent building so it is visible from the adjacent street. The building is designed as free-wing, in plan it is almost a triangle which respects the space requirements of each functional object. There is a triangular showroom, narrow two-storey administration wing and across operational services at the base of the expansion plan. The building is made of a steel structure, the facade is made of corrugated metal clay with a vertical orientation, only the facades of the glazed showroom are always the full height.
